How do I make phone calls?

What is my phone number?
For Israeli plans/rentals
- For long-term plans your phone numbers are sent to you by email a week before your start date. (Please give 24 hour processing time)
If you need the phone numbers sooner, you can change the start date. If you would choose to do this, please contact us to change the start date or change the date on your own here.
For short term rentals your phone numbers are sent to you by email 24 hours before your start date. (Same day orders need to give processing time)
Please check spam and promotions if you can't find them in your inbox.

For US, US/Canada/Mexico and EU rentals
- Your phone numbers are sent to you by email 24 hours before your start date. (Same day orders need to given processing time)

There is also a label on the rental device with the phone number/s.
- For US, US/Canada/Mexico rentals:
Call: 1800-444-4444. It will tell you the phone number you are calling from.
(This could also be used to find out your US number for an X2one plan.)
How Do I Call/Text?
Cellular Israel Israeli Plans
Local Calls
- Dial regularly.
- For example: 058-555-5555
- If you’re calling a landline: 02, 03, etc. plus the number
Example:
02-500-6000

International Calls
Direct (Hot Mobile)
Dial 017 and the code of the country you’re calling, then the area code and phone number.
- exit code (017) ➔ country code ➔ area code…
- For the US and Canada: 017 ➔ 1 ➔ 718
- For the UK 017 ➔ 44 ➔ 208
Examples:

Xtra
- For the US and Canada: country code ➔ area code ➔ phone number
- For other countries: 00 ➔ country code ➔ area code ➔ phone number

US, Canada and EU rentals
Local Calls
- Dial regularly.

International Calls
Please look at the instruction paper you got with your rental.
Some rentals have direct dialing and some need to call through an access number
Direct dialing:
- US rental with direct dialing:
011 ➔ country code (Israel is 972) ➔ phone number without 0
Examples:
011-972-2-500-6000
011-41-61-123-4567
- EU rental with direct dialing:
00 ➔ country code (Israel is 972) ➔ phone number without 0
Examples:
00-972-2-500-6000

Calling with an access number:
- Access numbers for the US and Canada 1-845-207-0250 or 1-610-614-1900
- For EU 0333-366-0182 or Backup: 0330-170-2100
Dialing instructions:
Dial the access number
When the message starts, dial the country code, the phone number, then #.
[When dialing to Israel, dial as if you are in Israel (ex. 072-224-3300) then dial #.]
Don’t push the call button again
Please note: If the access number isn’t working for the US and Canada rentals (which might happen on smartphones) call without the 1 in the beginning.
How to call/setup Voicemail

For Direct (Cellular Israel Hot Mobile plans)
To access the voicemail:
- Dial 0535353151 (you could set speed dial #1 to this number)
- default password is 1234*
Option 9 = voicemail setup
To call your voicemail from a different phone:
- Dial your phone number
- When it goes to the message press * (your password) #
- It then asks you to put in password.
- Put in (your password) *
If your voicemail isn't set up please contact us to set it up.
For Xtra plans
To access the voicemail:
- Dial *151 (or 0553300151)
- default password is 1234
1 = listen to new message
2 = listen to old messages
after these options: 5 = listen again
6 = listen to the next message
7 = erase
4 = record your message
5 = change your password
These are the main used options.
To call your voicemail from a different phone:
- Dial your phone number
- When it goes to the message press *
- It then asks you to put in password.
- Put in (your password)
If your voicemail isn't set up or you would like to change the language:
- You could log into your account and update the settings. See instructions under Specific Plan Changes - “Voicemail setup”
- You could contact our customer support team
For other Israeli providers
To access the voicemail:
- Hold down the 1 or Dial *151
- default password is generally 1234* (although it varies by provider)
To call your voicemail from a different phone:
For Golan:
From Israel 151-58xxxxxxx (your number) or 0587770151
From outside of Israel +972 587770151
It then asks for your phone number. After putting it in it asks for your password and you should be able to get your messages or reset the message.
US rentals
Press and hold the 1 key or dial 123 on your device dial pad to call and connect to your voicemail.
The default is the last four digits of your mobile number.
To reset to default:
Dial #793# or #PWD#
Press the OK button to send your request
A text confirmation message from T-Mobile/Ultra should arrive within seconds.
