Length of the plans
Setting an end date and Minimum length
Israeli long-term plans
Special with Cellular Israel Plans!
You could set the end date when you make the plan and it will end without contacting us. (You could always contact us to extend before the end date.)
You could also put in order with only a start date and set an end date at a later time.
Long-term plans are for a minimum of 4 months (early termination fees apply).
Short-term rentals
All short term plans need a start and end date to place an order.
Changes to the start date could be made before the device is prepared and changes could be made to the end date until it is returned.
Israeli Short-term rentals are for a minimum of 5 days (early termination fees apply).
USA short-term rentals, USA, Canada and Mexico short-term rentals and EU short-term rentals are for a minimum of 7 days (early termination fees apply).
Rental Return Policy
Sim and device rental returns
- All rental devices must be returned.
- Israeli sim cards don't need to be returned and could be reactivated in the future.
- SIM cards for USA short-term rentals, USA, Canada and Mexico short-term rentals and EU short-term rentals must be returned (unless given specifically the option to keep the SIM upon placing the order).
Returns must be within 24 hours of the plan end date.
What is included in the package
Israeli short-term rentals and long-term plans
Israeli short-term rentals and long-term plans include:
- Israeli and US phone number
- Calling (and sms if included) to Israel, USA and Canada.
- Data (based on the package ordered)
Please note:
If you order a UK virtual number (instead of a US number) to an Israeli short-term rental or long-term plan, you could call Israel, USA, Canada and the UK.
Premium numbers are not included.
Other countries are not included.

- Israeli and US phone number
- unlimited local calls and calls to Israel
- Data 10 GB (for orders including data)
