How to Receive your order - General options

You have several convenient options for receiving your order:

  1. Shipping to Your Address. When checking out, enter your shipping address's zip code to view pricing for available shipping options.
  2. In-Store Pickup. Visit our store to pick up your order.
  3. Dealer Pickup. Obtain your order from one of our authorized dealers. To find the dealer closest to you please search here.
    Please note: For Dealer Pickup you need to place the order with the dealer NOT on our website 
 
 

 

How long is the processing time?

For long-term plans: 
Please allow up to 48 hours for us to prepare your order. 

For short-term rentals: 
We will have the device ready for pick-up or delivered to you 24 hours prior to the start date. 
For sim cards please allow up to 48 hours for us to prepare your order.

Note: For Long-term plans, a $25 USA processing fee applies to all orders picked up or shipped within the USA. This fee is per plan. You can avoid this fee by selecting shipping or pickup in Israel.

  • USA Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 7 business days. Shipping prices vary based on location.
  • USA Overnight Shipping: Order by 1 PM EST for next-day delivery (business days only). Shipping prices vary based on location. 
  • Lakewood Pickup: Pick up your order from Cellular Israel USA, inside the Gentech Technology Center at 1700 Madison Ave. Lakewood, N.J. 08701, between 11 AM and 6 PM. No shipping fee.
 
 

Options for receiving your order in Israel

  • Jerusalem Delivery (2 business days): $15/50 shekel.
  • Jerusalem Overnight Delivery: Orders placed by 1:00 PM will arrive on the same day, orders placed after 1:00 PM will be delivered the next business day. Business days only. $30/100 shekel
  • Israel Courier Delivery: Estimated delivery in 7 business days for $30/100 shekel.
  • Group Delivery in Israel (e.g., to a yeshiva or seminary). Free.
  • Israel Store Pickup: Visit Cellular Israel, Jerusalem, at 2 Bais Yisroel street, Beis Yisroel neighborhood, Jerusalem (across Nechama Bakery) during store hours from Sunday to Thursday, 12 Noon to 7:15 PM. Free.
  • Note - you can pick up a SIM after-hours from one of our pick-up locations, reach out to our customer service for details.
 
 

Worldwide Shipping

  • Shipping Time: 2-4 weeks.
  • We can send sim cards worldwide but we cannot ship phones internationally. 
 
 

Important Information

  • We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.
  • Any damage occurring during shipment is the responsibility of the carrier.
  • When checking out, put in the shipping address to show the shipping cost and then choose the preferred shipping option.
