APN Settings for Israel and Overseas
How do I set up the APN settings on my device so Data will work?

Why is the internet/data not working on my phone?
- If your phone is from abroad, ensure it's unlocked (you can verify by contacting your provider).
- You may need to manually configure your APN settings for data to function. Here are easy steps to help you with that.
Instructions for a Galaxy/Android

- Go to Settings
- Go to Connections
- Go to Data Usage
- Turn on Mobile data
- Go back to Connections
- Go to Mobile networks
- Turn on Data roaming
- Select Access Point Names
- Click Add New APN
- Fill in the “Name” field and the “APN” field, see below.
(For other phone models, steps may vary)
Instructions for a Xiomi/Fig phones

- Go to Settings
- Go to Network & internet
- Go to Mobile network
- Please make sure that Mobile Data & Roaming is on
- Go to Advanced
- Select Access Point Names
- Press on the 3 dots on top
- Click Add New APN
- Fill in the “Name” field and the “APN” field, see below.
- Press on the 3 dots on top and press save

- Your internet should work automatically
- If not, go to Settings
- Go to Cellular
- Go to Voice & Data
- Choose the top option available
- Enable Data Roaming
- Select Cellular Data Network
- Fill in the “APN“ field, see below
- Put in the details below based on your provider.
- Leave everything else blank
- The information should automatically save.
- That's it! Your APN should be successfully set up now.
