You can upgrade your existing plan, such as:
- Transitioning between a limited to an unlimited plan
- Transitioning between kosher and nonkosher plans
- Adding data to a plan
To make a change to your plan we will have to cancel your current plan and put in a new order for the new plan you want.
Keep in mind:
- To change plans, there will be an activation fee for the new plan
- The monthly charge will restart on the new plan's start date.
(There will be no refunds on previous charges, even if the monthly charge of the last plan was the day of the change) - The new plan could start as soon as midnight the following day. [To prevent overlap in the plans, you could start the new plan on your next billing date.]
For some changes we will be able to reuse your SIM card, for others, you will need to pick up a new SIM card.
Please note:
When changing between a kosher plan and a nonkosher plan (talk and text or talk, text and data) you will need to change your Israeli number.
When changing between nonkosher plans (talk and text, talk, text and data or changing data amount) you could keep your phone numbers.
See here for our contact information and see our plans here.
If, when establishing a new plan, you choose to cancel the preceding plan, we have the flexibility to waive any applicable cancellation fees for the former plan.

I paid you to cancel my line with my provider but I still got billed. How come?
When canceling a line, it's crucial to understand that Israeli providers often bill on a postpaid basis. This means they may not immediately charge for the days of service until the cancellation date. Instead, charges are typically prorated and applied at the end of your billing cycle.
Additionally, the cancellation process may take some time, varying by company. It's not uncommon for it to take up to two weeks for the provider to fully process the cancellation. During this period, you may still see one or two charges even after confirming the cancellation.
To ensure clarity, keep a close eye on your billing statements and, if needed, reach out directly to your provider to confirm that the services have been successfully canceled. This proactive approach helps in addressing any discrepancies and ensures a smoother transition after canceling your line.
Directly through the provider's customer service agent (usually in Hebrew)
To cancel your line with other providers (i.e. you are getting billed by another company other than Cellular Israel) you will have to contact the provider directly.
You could find other providers' contact info here.
Cancel by yourself
It is highly recommended to call afterward to confirm that your cancellation request was received and processed.
