Warranty for New Phones

  • New phones typically come with a 3-month warranty from the manufacturer.

Warranty and Customer Support Policy

Warranty Coverage

Each player device includes a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase by the customer.

The warranty covers defects that occur under reasonable and normal use of the product. The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage or breakage
  • Water or moisture damage
  • Improper use or misuse of the device
  • Damage resulting from unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification
  • Any other damage caused by factors outside normal use

Store Responsibilities

Before delivering the device to the customer, the store is responsible for ensuring that:

  • The device is in proper working condition
  • The product is complete and undamaged
  • All included accessories are present

Claims regarding missing items or pre-existing damage will not be accepted after the device has left the store.

Proof of Purchase and Warranty Service

For every player sold, the store must issue either:

  • A sales invoice, or
  • A warranty certificate

The document must clearly include the store’s details.

Customers requesting warranty service will be required to present one of these documents as proof of purchase.

All post-purchase support for player devices is provided exclusively through Zing Customer Support.

If there is no answer, customers may leave a message, and a representative will return the call as soon as possible.

For any issue, question, malfunction, or service request, customers should first contact Zing Customer Support.

The support team will perform an initial diagnosis and provide guidance on the next steps. In many cases, issues can be resolved remotely without the need to bring the device in for inspection or repair.

 
 

 

Cellular Israel Insurance (optional)

New phone purchases

  • We provide an optional insurance plan for new phone purchases (for a small monthly fee). This insurance covers any damage to your phone, except for intentional damage or if the phone is lost or stolen.
  • If your phone needs repair, we will provide you with a temporary phone to use while your device is being fixed.

Rental phones

  • We offer an optional insurance plan for phone rentals (for a small daily fee). This insurance covers any damage to your phone, except for intentional damage or if the phone is lost or stolen.
  • If you need a new phone mid-rental, the insurance will not cover damages to the second phone.

Damaged phones repairs

  • We offer a service to repair your damaged phone, even if you don't have insurance.
    If it is a new phone, we will see if the manufacturer's warrenty covers it. 
  • As a courtesy, we will provide you with a temporary phone to use while your device is being fixed.

Damage to Replacement Phones

  • Cellular Israel insurance and warranty coverage exclusively apply to the original purchased phone. Should any damage occur to the replacement phone provided during the repair period, this is not covered under our insurance or warranty policies. 
  • Any repair costs incurred due to damage to the replacement phone will be the responsibility of the customer.
