The Xtra plans have an international number that will show up on the caller ID when calling internationally. If you have an Xtra plan and you are having an issue with the Caller ID not showing up properly, please reach out to us.

If you have a different plan and you have a American Virtual Number, when you call USA, they will see your Israeli number on Caller ID. The US number we provide is only a virtual number. It is a call forwarding service that reroutes numbers to your Israeli phone. It is not connected to your sim card and therefore is for incoming calls only and cannot show up in your outbound caller ID.

Your outbound calls are being made from your Israeli provider and will show up as an Israeli number.

Please note: In this case that you have a virtual number and your Caller ID shows your Israeli number, remind those contacting you NOT to return your call using the contact information in missed or received calls to avoid being charged for calling an Israeli cell phone.
