Can I freeze (pause) my line?

Options when leaving the country with plans to return

Option 1

  1. We can move your number(s) to a "keep my number" plan. This will save your number/s for only $5/month.
  2. When you are ready to restart an active plan, you will choose from the available plans to move the numbers to.
  3. Activation fees will apply.
  4. The pricing will be based on the prices available when reactivating the line.
  5. Reach out to us to set this up for you if you are interested.

Option 2

  • You can cancel the plan when you leave and place a new order for a new plan when you come back using the same phone and SIM card.
  • Activation fees will apply.
  • You won’t be able to keep your current numbers.

Option 3

  • To keep the same numbers, at the same price, without reactivation fees, you can keep the plan running straight through.
  • If you already set an end date, make sure to update it.

The "Keep My Number" option is for Xtra and Direct plans.

You can freeze both your Israeli number and a Virtual Number too (if you have one).

How do I unfreeze my line?

Reactivating your suspended line

When you are ready to restart an active plan, you could choose from the available plans to move the numbers to. 
See here for long term plans.

Activation fees apply.
The pricing will be based on the prices available when reactivating the line.

After choosing a plan, reply on the email confirmation with the phone number that you want to reactivate on the new plan while explaining that the line is currently on a freeze plan.

These long-term plans are great for people who come to Israel a few times a year for a week here and there and want to keep their numbers.

This is for personal use, not for sharing with family and friends.
