How do I pick up and return my rental?

Phone rental pickup:
- Rental device pick-up can be 24 hours before your start date. (Please walk into our Lakewood/Israel location with your order number and they will give it to you.)
Phone returns:
- Rental devices must be returned or postmarked within 24 hours of your end date.
- The device must be returned to the same location it was received from.
- Rentals that were sent to you in the US via courier need to be returned to our Lakewood Shipping location.

Only Israeli rentals could be dropped off in a different location than it was picked up.
A return to a different location will incur an additional restocking fee of $10. - Both drop-off locations have a drop-off box outside for 24-hour returns.
SIM card-only rentals:
- Israeli SIM card-only rentals could be picked up after standard processing time (1-2 business days).
- Israeli Sim card-only rentals (for use in Israel) don't need to be returned and should be saved to be reactivated on your next trip (this will save you the hassle of pick-up/shipping).
- EU and US SIM card-only rentals pick-up can be 24 hours before your start date.
- EU and US SIM card-only rentals must be returned or postmarked within 24 hours of your end date.
Returns and Refunds Policy:
- Used Equipment: We do not offer refunds for used equipment.
- Order Processing: Once your order is processed and equipment is purchased, we reserve the right to not accept returns, even if the equipment has not been used. If we do allow a refund, in some cases a restocking fee may apply.
- Activated Phone Line: Once a phone line is activated, service charges cannot be refunded retroactively, only canceled going forward. Early termination fees may apply for canceled lines.
- Canceled Orders: Orders canceled before processing will receive a full refund.
- Delivery Fees: Delivery fees are non-refundable once the delivery has been ordered.
