How to log into your account

- Forgot Your Password? Click "Forgot password?" and follow the provided instructions. - Hover over your name (top right) and choose My Orders
 - Click View Order on the order you are tracking
 - click ORDER SHIPMENTS
 - under the Shipment # click Track this shipment
 
As a guest (no logging in)
- Click here
 - Fill out the fields and click continue
 - Click ORDER SHIPMENTS
 - Under the Shipment # click Track this shipment

How to create a support ticket
- Log into your account here
- Forgot Your Password? Click "Forgot password?" and follow the provided instructions. - Hover over your name (top right) and choose My Orders
 - Click My Support Tickets
 - Click Create Ticket
 - Fill out all the fields
Make sure to choose the correct department so the request gets taken care of. - Click Submit Ticket

Expand for all account-related actions
Update Name, Email, Password

 - Click My Profile
 - Change the name/mark the checkbox with the action you want to do.
 - Make the change
 - Mark Recaptcha
 - Click Save.
 
Change Add or Edit Shipping/Billing Address

 - Click Address Book
 - Click Edit to change an existing Address or Click Add New Address.
 - When adding a new address check the relevant boxes to set as default address for Billing and/or Shipping.
 - Click Save Address.
 
Add/update Credit Cards for your account

 - Click Stored Payment Methods
 - Click Update Card On Account
 - Fill in the card details
 - Check off the correct plan/s you want to update the card for
 - Mark Recaptcha
 - Click Save Card
 
Add additional email addresses for your account

 - Click My Profile
 - Click Add New Email
 - Fill in details
 - Choose notifications options
 - Click Save Email.
 
Specific Plan Changes

Update your sim card

 - Select the order number that you wish to update
 - Click Manage Plan
 - Fill in the new sim card number
 - click Save.
 
The plan will provisioned automatically within a few minutes and you will get an email with your phone numbers and new sim number.
