Each calendar month, your minutes and data usage restart.

Xtra plans start again on the 1st of the month.

Direct plans start again on the 2nd of the month.

For example, if on April 15th you get a plan with 1000 minutes a month, you will have 500 minutes until May 1 or May 2, then have 1000 for May etc.

Note: For your benefit, we have Price Protection! 
You will never get billed for going over your minutes or data! 
If you hit the max, you will not be able to call or use more data.
