Why am I unable to send texts to my child's phone?

Xtra Plans
If you have an Xtra plan and texting to a USA or Canada number is not working, please make sure that the number you put in has a +1 before the area code.
If you have an Xtra plan with a UK number, please make sure that the number you put in has a +44.

Direct Plans
If you have Direct, you can’t text to the USA Virtual Number, it’s only a call-forwarding number. You can send texts to the Israeli phone number, if it has texting.
