With our local Virtual Number service, you can enjoy the convenience of having two phone numbers in one – one Israeli number and one local number for another country of your choice. Say goodbye to international fees for your friends and family when they call you from abroad.
Cellular Israel Virtual number package
These plans do NOT have caller id!
Minimum plan length - 1 month
- These plans include 1500 minutes of incoming calls to the virtual number.
- There is no option for outgoing calls using the virtual number
If you are traveling, this number could be forwarded to a different US number during the trip. Please contact us to forward it.
We have options for US, Canadian and European (London) virtual numbers here.

These virtual number could be added private Israeli provider plans or Cellular Israel plans.
Adding/Removing Virtual Numbers for Direct plans
To add a VN to Direct
You cannot add / remove a virtual number to an existing order between 4AM - 7AM Israel time. You do not need to check the time. If it is the wrong time, the system will just not let you.
- Find the customer in the Backend
- Click Process Order from the tab on top of the page.
- Select VN Country from the drop down
- click “Manually Add Virtual Number”
- a pop-up will ask you to confirm - select OK
- Choose a number (make sure you have the right country)
Send a ticket to Mr. Schwarzmer if the wrong numbers or no numbers show up) - Click Save
The schedule will be adjusted automatically:
- Starting from the next month, the customer will be billed for his regular plan + virtual number
- The customer will have a one time charge for the first month - the amount will be $0.50/day for the remaining days in his billing cycle. [For example, if his billing date is the 1st of the month and on the 20th he calls to add a US virtual number ($15 a month) he will be charged a one time fee of $5 for the last 10 days of the month until the next billing date]
- If there is an error, you will get a message with the error and the virtual number will not be added.
To cancel a VN of Direct
- Find the customer in the Backend
- Click Process Order from the tab on top of the page.
- click “Manually Remove Virtual Number”
- a pop-up will ask you to confirm - select OK
- Click Save
When removing a virtual number, the customer's schedule will be updated to the price without the virtual number, starting from the next billing date.
You will get a message that the virtual number was removed successfully and the schedule was adjusted.
They will not be refunded for part of the month.
Pay-per-minute Virtual number (Bestfone)
These plans HAVE an option for caller id!
Minimum plan length - 1 month
- $3/month to keep the number.
- Pay-per-minute of incoming calls
- There is no option for outgoing calls using the virtual number
If you are traveling, this number could be forwarded to a different US number during the trip. Please contact us to forward it.
We have options for US, Canadian and European (London) virtual numbers.
Here is the process of setting up the plan
- We set up an account for you with a balance of a minimum of $10
{We set up an auto-top-up to assure that there is always money on the account.) - $3/month comes off the balance to keep the number
- The system will deduct from the remaining balance for every minute of incoming calls on the International virtual number.
Price per minute:
without caller id: 3.5 cents/minute
with caller id: 18 cents/minute

Search based on the county of the phone that the calls will be ringing on.
Please note: Calls forwarding to a UK phone will only show caller id if coming from USA, Canada, Belgium, England, and Mexico. From all other locations it will show with a random US caller id.

Here is the process of setting up the calling card
- We set up an account for you with a balance of a minimum of $10

If you are using this together with a $3 virtual number, you have the option of setting up the caller id for outgoing calls with the calling card to show up with your virtual number.

Once your calling card account is opened we will assist you in setting up the calling card to recognize as many phone numbers as you need without the need for account numbers and pin codes.
You also have the option of accessing your calling card with the account number and pin number from a phone not registered on your account.

Due to new Israeli regulations, calls from outside Israel no longer show the correct caller ID, rather they show a dedicated 079 number. This allows us to keep the same pricing.
Due to new United Kingdom regulations, calls from Israel to England no longer show the correct caller ID, rather they show a randomized USA 845 area code. This allows us to keep the same pricing.
Options to resolve the caller ID issue
Any Virtual Number to ring in Israel: Caller ID Options
Due to new Israeli regulations, calls from outside Israel no longer show the correct caller ID, rather they show a dedicated 079 number. This allows us to keep the same pricing.
No action is required: prices will stay the same but there will no longer be the real caller ID.
Here's our current solutions, and you can enable multiple options:
Real Caller ID with a higher price
You can switch to pay-per-minute at the new full price:
$3/month for the Virtual Number, and 18.5¢ per minute to a mobile number or 6¢ per minute to a landline.
Beware, using even 200 minutes per month to a mobile number will cost $40 and 200 minutes to a landline will cost $15.
However, if you have a frequent contact set up, then it will continue to use the lower pricing because you already have an accurate caller ID method. This mixing of work-arounds can save you a lot of fees.
Email for every call
You can opt-in to receive an email for ALL incoming calls on your virtual number, which will display the caller ID number. This email will be sent before your phone even starts ringing.
Frequent Contacts get their own number
Frequent Contacts get their own number (up to 20 numbers)
On our website you can easily save contact numbers with nicknames (“Calls” > “Speed Dials”). When a call comes in, we’ll check that list and show a number connected specifically to that speed dial so you’ll know who’s calling.
How the numbers will show on caller id:
It’s 072-264-1701 for your 1st contact, etc. through 072-264-1709 for the 9th contact.
For example, if speed-dial number three is set to “Mom”, when Mom phones it will ring on your phone as 072-264-1703. Save this number to your phone as “Mom”.
For #10 to #20 it’s 079-579-5160 to 079-579-5170
If you have our calling card service, you’ll be able to return calls easily by dialing the same number.
Check our website for your call logs
You can see your completed calls with the real caller ID number on our website. Login at https://panel.bestfone.com/#calls. (Missed calls will be 0 in length, calls that went to voicemail will usually be short.)
Call our automated service for your call logs
Israel: call 079-606-4000
You will hear the phone number, time and duration of your most recent calls. This will continue in chronological order for up to 3 days. Press 1 after the duration to repeat the information. If you have our calling card, you can press 0 to return the call directly. (So you don’t have to write the number down.)

No action is required: prices will stay approximately the same but there will no longer be the real caller ID.
For now, they are allowing UK and USA caller ID, as well as Canada, Belgium, and Mexico.
If you have a non-Israel virtual number service with us - UK or USA - for $3/month, we will send that caller ID with your call.
