Warranty for New Phones
- New phones typically come with a 3-month warranty from the manufacturer.

Important Note: Please be aware that not all phone problems are covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
Cellular Israel Insurance (optional)
New phone purchases
- We provide an optional insurance plan for new phone purchases (for a small monthly fee). This insurance covers any damage to your phone, except for intentional damage or if the phone is lost or stolen.
- If your phone needs repair, we will provide you with a temporary phone to use while your device is being fixed.
Rental phones
- We offer an optional insurance plan for phone rentals (for a small daily fee). This insurance covers any damage to your phone, except for intentional damage or if the phone is lost or stolen.
- If you need a new phone mid-rental, the insurance will not cover damages to the second phone.
Damaged phones repairs
- We offer a service to repair your damaged phone, even if you don't have insurance.
If it is a new phone, we will see if the manufacturer's warrenty covers it. - As a courtesy, we will provide you with a temporary phone to use while your device is being fixed.
Damage to Replacement Phones
- Cellular Israel insurance and warranty coverage exclusively apply to the original purchased phone. Should any damage occur to the replacement phone provided during the repair period, this is not covered under our insurance or warranty policies.
- Any repair costs incurred due to damage to the replacement phone will be the responsibility of the customer.
