How to call/activate Voicemail

For Direct Plans (Cellular Israel – HOT Mobile)

To access your voicemail:

• Dial 053-535-3151
  (Tip: Set this as speed dial #1)
• Default password: 1234*
• Press 9 for voicemail setup

To check voicemail from a different phone:

1. Call your phone number
2. When the greeting begins, press *
3. Enter your password followed by #
4. If prompted again, enter your password and press *

If your voicemail isn't set up please contact us to activate it.

For Xtra Plans

To access your voicemail:

• Dial *151 or 055-330-0151
• Default password: 1234

Voicemail Menu Options:

• 1 – Listen to new messages
• 2 – Listen to old messages
  • After hearing a message:
    • 5 – Replay
    • 6 – Next message
    • 7 – Delete
• 4 – Record a new greeting
• 5 – Change password

These are the most commonly used options.

To check voicemail from a different phone:

1. Call your number
2. When the greeting starts, press *
3. Enter your password

To access voicemail:

• Press and hold 1, or dial *151
• Default password is usually 1234* (may vary by provider)

To check voicemail from another phone 

Fir Golan:

• From Israel: Dial 151-58xxxxxxx (your number) or 058-777-0151
• From abroad: Dial +972-58-777-0151
• Enter your phone number and password when prompted

US Rentals

To set up or retrieve messages:

• Press and hold 1, or:
  • T-Mobile/Ultra Mobile: Dial 123
  • Verizon: Dial *86
• Follow prompts to set up voicemail if needed

To reset your voicemail password:

T-Mobile / Ultra Mobile:

1. Dial #PWD# (#793#)
2. Press OK/send
3. A text will be sent with your temporary PIN

AT&T / Verizon:

EU Rentals

(Voicemail is generally not included in EU rentals)

Vodafone:

• Dial 121 to access voicemail
• If inactive, dial 1211 to activate

O2:

• Dial 901 to access voicemail
